Week 1 of the NFL season is in the books, and we are off to a pretty strong start. Ben Johnson, Caleb Williams and the Bears blowing the game on Monday Night Football took us to 9-6. Still a pretty solid week even if we should have had double digit wins.

As for the SuperContest, losing the Steelers by a singular point was devastating, but the Chiefs lost so that makes up for it. 3-2 on the week, we power forward. I still think the Chiefs would’ve kept up with the Chargers if Xavier Worthy doesn’t get hurt. Unfortunate injury for Chiefs fans, but he likely avoids surgery which keeps him available in the short term.

Disclaimer: I’m not the best pick-maker the word has ever seen, but I do have a winning record over the 2023 & 2024 seasons of 261-227-15. If we remove all ties/pushes, that’s a 53.5% win rate. The SuperContest Picks & Why:(Packers -3 vs Commanders)With Micah Parsons in town, the Green Bay Packers looked like the best team in football on Sunday. They had zero offensive penalties and just one drop. Smooth operation + short week = Packers.

I really think the Miami Dolphins are one of the three worst teams in the NFL, so I’m going to take the Patriots here to win outright with
